Return & Refund Policy

At Exectify.shop, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligible Returns

You can request a return only if:

• You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
• The product is damaged or defective.
• The size or color issue occurred due to our mistake.

In these cases, we will arrange the return and resend the correct item at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns if:

• The product is in good condition but you no longer want it.
• You selected the wrong size, color, or variant while ordering.

If you entered the wrong details, you can still request a replacement by paying an advance reshipping fee of Rs. 250.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.
